In 2020, the world is shaken by the emergence of a mysterious virus known as COVID-19 (Corona Virus Disease 2019). The initial emergence of this virus was first discovered in the city of Wuhan, China at the end of December 2019. The virus is transmitted very quickly and has spread to almost all countries, including Indonesia, in just a few months.

The complexity of the treatment of this virus makes the world governments also move a policy to prevent this virus chain. Unlike other countries, which adopted Indonesia's lockdown policy instead adopted the Large-scale Social Limitation policy, this policy was made to also consider the impact and impact caused not so much as if the lockdown was carried out. Other policies undertaken by the government are such as Social Distancing and Physical Distancing, limiting social interaction with others, reducing activities outside the home and staying home.

Fields that are also affected by the emergence of this virus are education. Ministries in various countries have taken steps in every school and university to conduct learning through the internet. Most schools and tertiary institutions in Indonesia have closed the Teaching and Learning Process system that was carried out as usual to become an online learning system. This online learning aims to increase awareness and the process of stopping the spread of viruses through direct interaction among people. The transition of the learning process that used to be through face to face online certainly forced various parties to be able to follow the process and flow, so that the learning system continues to run well. But apparently, this system did not work as effectively as we imagined, even all parties experienced difficulties, not only students, parents, teachers, and the government took part in feeling it. Problems encountered during online learning include :

First, amateurs in using technology so that this online system is less effective for them, not adding knowledge but not understanding the learning they receive.

Second, lack of facilities and infrastructure owned by each party. Many teachers and also students who cannot meet this technological facility, let alone to meet this section, even to meet the needs of daily life are still difficult. And this problem is often felt by our people in the middle to lower economy.

Third, internet network and fees. In Indonesia in particular, there are still many areas that do not have or lack internet access, so students or students who reside in this region will find it difficult to take online classes. So that not a few students and students who are willing to climb trees or go to the hills so they can still attend online classes. In addition, the internet network will not run if there are no fees. However, not everyone has enough costs to buy a quota, especially at this time, the price of the quota is also soaring due to increasing public demand for quotas because community interaction has now shifted to the online system. Back to the people who have a low economy, it will be difficult to buy quotas.

As a result of online learning, the government finally made a policy to eliminate the UN for high school, middle school, and elementary students. This policy was carried out in addition to breaking the chain of distribution of COVID-19, also carried out because many students had difficulty facing the UN.
